When one leaf ends up with three baby plants
When my friend and I collected two leaves of a succulent plant in Malta, we didn't know that one of them would rot and the other one would form three tiny baby succulents. The latter outcome was a surprise indeed. Until that moment, I had only seen plants developing on the other side of the leaf (where it had been attached to the origin plant) and was expecting exactly the same thing to happen.
